Employment Type: Full-Time
Reports To: Project Manager / Construction Director

About Us

We’re more than just builders—we’re a close-knit team that takes pride in our work and in each other. Our company culture is rooted in respect, integrity, and a shared commitment to doing things the right way. If you're looking for a place where your leadership is valued and your crew feels like family, we’d love to welcome you.

Role Overview

As a Concrete Superintendent, you’ll lead the on-site execution of concrete construction projects. You’ll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising crews to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of concrete construction projects from start to finish.
  • Supervise and support concrete crews and subcontractors, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ensure work meets project specifications, safety standards, and quality expectations.
  • Coordinate material deliveries and manage inventory to avoid delays.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for project managers, engineers, architects, and clients.
  • Conduct regular safety meetings and enforce site safety protocols.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports, change orders, and progress updates.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in concrete construction supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of concrete methods, materials, and safety practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Products. Experience with construction management software (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid) is a plus.
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred.
  • Education: An associate or bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred—but if you bring strong, hands-on experience and a solid track record, we’re happy to consider that in place of formal education.

Work Environment

  • Field-based role with travel to various job sites.
  • Must be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Adaptability to changing project needs is essential.
