Construction Project Coordinator

Mattson Construction has been setting the standard for quality construction in Minot and all over North Dakota for over a hundred years. The Construction Project Coordinator provides administrative and project support to Project Managers and field personnel throughout all phases of construction projects. This position is responsible for coordinating project documentation, tracking project requirements, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and ensuring project records are accurate, organized, and maintained in accordance with company and contract requirements.

Qualifications

Associate degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Minimum of 2 years of construction administration or project coordination experience preferred.

Knowledge of construction terminology, documents, and project processes.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).

Experience with construction management software Procore required.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
